Paris Jackson Asks Court to Move $600 Million From Michael Jackson Estate to Family Trust

Paris Jackson is asking a Los Angeles court to order a $600 million distribution from Michael Jackson's estate to the Michael Jackson Family Trust. In a filing dated October 29, she argues that the trust meant to benefit her and her brothers has not been funded more than 17 years after her father's death.

The filing alleges that the estate's executors have not presented a plan to fund the trust. The allegations have not been ruled on by the court.
