Mariah Carey Launches Christmas Season With Gucci Campaign and Grunge Album Tease

Mariah Carey has officially welcomed the 2026 holiday season with her annual Christmas announcement and a new promotional partnership with Gucci. The singer released a festive video on November 1 featuring her signature holiday song, All I Want for Christmas Is You. The video also included a reference to Someone's Ugly Daughter, the alternative rock album Carey recorded during the 1990s.

Carey recently hinted that the long unreleased project could eventually become available to fans. Gucci subsequently introduced a holiday advertisement featuring the singer and her famous Christmas recording. No official release date has been announced for the grunge album.
