Nick Kroll will host and executive produce the American edition of LOL: Last One Laughing for Prime Video. The competition format places a group of comedians in a room where the goal is to make rivals laugh while keeping a straight face. The franchise has been produced in numerous countries for Prime Video. Kroll joins international hosts including Jimmy Carr, Graham Norton, Rebel Wilson and Trevor Noah.

Kroll is known for starring in The League and creating Kroll Show and the animated series Big Mouth. Contestants and a premiere date for the American version were not announced. The adaptation underscores Prime Video’s strategy of localizing proven international unscripted formats for domestic audiences.
