Netflix has acquired Joel Coen's film Jack of Spades. The project will receive a theatrical release in addition to its distribution through the streaming platform.

The acquisition adds another film from an established Academy Award winning filmmaker to Netflix's slate. The theatrical component is part of the announced release arrangement.
